3+ years experience with accounting and business financial management
职责描述
1. requires book-keeping experience with Quickbooks and operating in dual currencies (USD and RMB). Experience of Kingdee or similar accounting software.
2. ability to manage bank accounts that meet all regulations for foreign exchange (safe), registered capital, and periodic government reporting. 3. take responsibility for the VAT rebate and associated paperwork／logistics／documentation for incoming and outgoing deliveries, including returns to suppliers, to ensure 100％ rebate is secured. 4. monitor／maintain goals for supplier account payables and customer invoice management . 5. meet all taxation regulations (vat filing／refund, business tax, individual income tax) 6. manage all payroll and service benefit (including individual income tax filings) 7. monitor and report periodic financials for operation 8. coordinate import／export requirements with supply chain manager; ensure appropriate domestic payment and oversea trading; monitor supplier account s payables 9. prepare weekly sales／bookings／backlog reporting 10. review and analyze the overall value for the goods and services purchased 企业介绍
