- Responsible for the equipment maintenance in production area in the company
- Responsible for the maintenance technician working arrangement on shop floor - Responsible for equipment fixed asset management - Responsible for machine standard specification establishment, maintain and transfer to SWI to guide technicians and operators to operate machine and regularly check & maintain machine. - Workout and improve PM plan and implement. - Downtime analysis, statistic, improve the OEE rate to achieve KPI target - Spare parts management and cost saving control to achieve MRC target. - New equipment development to meet the process requirements. - TPM implementation followed by APS standard - Train and coach maintenance technician, operators and other related people - Support to maintain traceability system and Andon system - Support AMC and other department to achieve company target - Continuous improvement - Complete other tasks assigned from manager 企业介绍
