职责描述
1、Post expenses every month based on payment vouchers prepared by Accounting clerk
2、Is responsible of month-end closing and make sure reports generated from SAP are all right and are produced in a timely manner 3、 Calculate and post monthly accruals in close relationship with Business teams and Finance controller 4、 Review prepayment expenses 5、Prepare and post T&E claims from Sales force into SAP. Analyze variance vs budget. 6、Prepares and post sales invoicing in Golden tax system 7、Post AP with our Singapore group company, run AP aging report and coordinate with RHQ and bank on oversea payments 8、Is responsible for Intercompany reconciliation 9、Check inventory and reconcile every month the BS amount vs physical stock report.
