职责描述
1、Responsible for the product marketing plans or programs in Asia area to help reach the sales target.
2、Develop product and marketing plans for assigned products based on different technical electric standard of different countries in Asia, and the main products are switch and socket and lighting. 3、Set pricing structure and strategies in order to maintain profit margin. 4、Coordinate with R&D, purchasing and production for NPI and product realization in order to develop competitive product and quality service to customers. 5、Research and analyse the product status in Asia, such as competitor report, product allocation report and etc. 6、Organize necessary marketing activities or training programs (such as advertising, promotions, or exhibition) associated with assigned products; assesses their 7、success against plan in order to maintain market share. 8、Smart communicate and coordinate with other departments and colleagues. 9、Finish any task delegated from the manager with good quality and timely. 企业介绍
