职责描述
1. Work closely with accounting team; oversee financial operations to be well executed in line with SAP.
2. Perform regular project cost variance analysis & review, management report, and provide field service working hour variance analysis with planning 3. Involve into rolling forecast, and actual review cycle. 4. Oversee and review necessary business operations, incl. PR, AR, inventory, travel request, project accounting, take immediate actions to correct pending items. 5. SAP and e-finance: support on SAP operation improvement in KHS China. Ensure accurate & timely month-end closing and relevant financial operations (Revenue recognition, billing, cost tracking, payroll, accruals, liabilities, etc.) in SAP platform. 6. Capex: directly supervise fixed asset acquisition process and follow up capitalization work. 7. Cost reduction project: manage procurement & consumption, and other direct expenses. Implement various cost reduction project e.g. local sourcing, office supplies, electricity, outsourced service, furniture investment, etc. 8. Support efficient growth: support functional department to build up or standardize working process with finance and improve the core competency of KHS China at growth and efficiency. 9. Investigate the cost structure. Act as an enabler to help KHS China teams to improve the operation efficiency, monitor overall cost, and keep balanced cash flow. 企业介绍
