职责描述
1、High-level operational & strategic support to Production Management: offer suggestions & solutions related to the production operation;
2、Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the production dept. and internal dept.; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support 3、Prioritizes work needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures 4、 Compiling weekly and monthly reports for production Manager as required. 5、Responsible for the effective translation and prompt circulation of government documents to ensure stipulations are complied. 6、 Assist production manager to production department internal management, including organization, HR evaluation, meeting, etc. 企业介绍
