1、Make hotel-, ticket (flight/train) reservations for visitors and office staff;
2、 To host all visitors to our office and notify the staff about the visitors; 3、Parcel arrangements with couriers; 4、 Answer telephone and transfer it to employees； 5、Supervise the cleaning ladies; 6、Request quotes for non-commercial goods needed in SH office; 7、Pre-check on resumes; 8、 Support on arranging working visa; 9、Buying and distribution of office supplies, household articles; 10、Help with any other requirements & tasks from the superior. 企业介绍
