职责描述
Recruiting Functions
1、 Partner with each department to create consistent Job Descriptions throughout the company organization.
2、 To conduct hiring process from resume screening, interviewing, to offering process and ensure hiring demand is met with cycle time and hiring quality requirements
3、To act as a key contact person with external vendors and resources, e.g.: headhunting agency to support company recruitment needs
4、 To actively development new hiring channels to timely meet hiring needs
5、 Evaluate staffing vendors, candidate assessment tools and recruiters to identify best in class and negotiate contracts.
6、To act as a contact person with campus recruitment to timely meet hiring needs
7、 Partner with HR leadership to develop and maintain orientation presentations and materials.
8、 Manage college intern and coop program and determine strategies to recruit the best and brightest.
9、Develop HUSCO’s employer brand and increase social media presence.

HR Functions and Projects Support
1、 Employee Relations (Legal issues documentation, ER activities coordination)
2、HR Communications/Employee activities

Admin. function Support
1、Arrange domestic and international all things for all employee and expats / Visitor / Customers (such as: travel/ visa/ residence permit/ work permit/ insurance/apartment/daily transportation arrangement and so on)
2、Assist with organization of events to include: staff team building, special events as needed

Drive Company Culture.
1、 Facilitate climate surveys, ensure action plans are followed and address issues as they arise.
2、Assist with facilitation of organizational town hall meetings and other corporate communication.

Strong Team Player and Contributor.
1、Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high pressure atmosphere.
2、Combines strong attention to detail with an orientation towards results/execution.
