职责描述
1. Manage and coach the receptionists and the drivers, cleaning ladies to help in their development of technical, business, client and social skills.
2. Carpool Management and supervise the receptionist, tea lady, and the drivers, including managing their schedule, approving OT, monthly expenses, etc. 3. Manage and maintain office equipments and security system, e.g. projector, all in one machine, furniture, door access system and monitoring system etc. 4. Manage and standardize all office administrative functions and practices. 5. Review and manage company vendors for air-ticket, hotel, stationery, and admin related assets 6. Liaise with Property Management Office of LF Plaza 7. Office space / Storage area planning and allocation. 8. New staff’s on board preparation, including access card, IPT, basic stationery 9. Assistance of office lease management (China offices). 10. Assistance of planning of office renovation. 11. Assistance of special events, like tradeshow, internal sales, annual dinner etc. 12. Arrange office payment application, including rental fee, phone charge, property management fee, etc. 13. Manage & assist office / daily operations of some offices in China. 企业介绍
