职责描述
1. In charge of all employees’payroll and benefits matters;
2. Collect all payroll data resources including but not limited to new hires, termination, special salary adjustment, promotion, mandatory benefits and attendance data; 3. Work with payroll outsourcing vendor to check payroll calculation and make sure the accurate and payroll cycle, prepare all payroll related reports and payment; 4. Assist HR Director to prepare annual salary review & bonus payout tools and consolidate feedback for next calculation process in China; 5. Assist HR Director to prepare the labor cost budget review and calculation in China; 6. Assist HR Director to complete annual C&B survey data collection and other C&B projects; 7. Prepare related payroll and benefits report, analyze variances data; 8. Answer employees' questions about compensation and benefits; 9. Submit required monthly as well as contingent reports on time and accurately; 10. Optimize the database and improve the data quality; 11. Assist HR Director to optimize the services processes, system platform to achieve Services Level Agreement; 12. Develop, maintain and continuously improve relationships with external services vendor; 13. Continuous learning local labor law and regulation, C&B concept and management skills. 14. Assist the HR team with on employee development and training projects, or any other tasks when needed. 企业介绍
