职责描述

Review and post personal reimbursement into SAP system
-
Review and post store petty cash into SAP system
-
Review and post other AP invoices into SAP system
-
Payment clearance
-
Entry booking for Bank automat payment into SAP（Tax / tel cost / bank service fee, etc.)
-
Accrual the monthly expense
-
Reclass the expenses between WOFE and branches, make sure IC is balance between WOFE and branches
-
Post monthly personal costs based on data provided by HR (payroll)
-
Sales discount reconciliation
-
Journal filings
-
Prepare the sales refund documents
-
Supporting on month end closing & Other Ad hoc task to support financial teammates
