本科学历，英语熟练，7年以上采购经验
职责描述
1. Asia Pacific supplier base management for selected countries or categories and development (including price and commercial term negotiation, quality, etc.)
2. New product development support to countries. 3. Produce product specifications with support of Regional technical center. 4. Source new factories and do benchmark. 5. Do factory assessment and audit with quality department. 6. Follow up quality issues with countries and coordinate with relevant dept. (RTC/Quality/Sales etc.) 7. Propose cost saving plan and develop measures to complete plan. 8. Monitor the cost development of major raw materials and initiate price negotiation at threshold point. 9. Supervise with supply chain 1rst order of new product, keep management alert on potential supply, IP issue, legal and regulation change. 10. Build communication networks with overseas counter parts and Chinese partners to facilitate product information flow and create inner company efficiency in procurement. 企业介绍
