职责描述
1. Provide timely and effective administrative support to China Imaging sales team.
2. Draft sales documentation, reports and correspondence. 3. Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics 4. Answer internal and customer equipes 5. Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization. 6. Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records 7. To track the status of orders and deliveries to maintain sales commission and expense records and to generate sales reports and statistics. 8. Organize Aspec and China MTM meetings, prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items 9. Make travel arrangements, coordinate logistics and make visa applications for management team 10. Claim expenses and submit travel request, leave request 11. Assist internal and external executive's visit to China, coordinate logistics and handle misc requests (car rent, train ticket, restaurant booking, etc..) 12. Make Aspec and China level business related slides, forms, documents, etc.. 13. Perform general admin duties (screen phone calls, calendar management, driver expense claim, etc..) 企业介绍
