职责描述
1、Support frequent international conference calls with North America and Europe.
2、Implement and oversee Purchase Orders based on strategic supplier agreements with multinational suppliers in accordance with framework agreements. 3、Identify potential Chinese suppliers for Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) components, solicit and evaluate bids 4、Support Negotiation of pricing and contractual terms and conditions with domestic and international suppliers. 5、Ensure that the quality and technical requirements, necessary flow downs, and applicable administrative terms and conditions from the Requisition Package are included in the Procurement Package to be issued to the suppliers. 7、Evaluate the Requisition Package for inclusion or insertion of administrative requirements as necessary in the Purchase Order. 8、Initiate the sourcing process by identifying supplier(s) that are capable to provide the item(s) in thequantities required as specified in Requisition Package. Solicit Requests for Proposals (RFP), Quotations orrequests (RFQ) for other information from suppliers. Execute Proprietary Information Agreements (PIA’s),and obtain supplier bids and proposals. Distribute appropriate supplier proposal information to internalWestinghouse reviewers as appropriate. 9、Be able to work in complex matrix environment to negotiate with the selected supplier(s), with the supportof the requisitioner, Quality, Engineering, Projects and other groups, as appropriate. 企业介绍
