职责描述
1.Lead and drive significantly cost reduction through effective approaches;
2.Negotiates efficiently under Supplier Management Director guidelines and instructions, for finished products and components with selected suppliers, the lowest possible prices balanced against quality and delivery requirements He is responsible to achieve the price and conditions as per agreed Company targets; 3.Makes best recommendation to the sourcing team during the establishment of Suppliers strategy and selection of the potential partners as well as ward of the new ranges under development; 4.Involve in new ranges development, manage buying requirement, lead supplier selection, RFQ and coordinate with logistics team project progress; 5.Organizes analysis of the bill of materials content for finished products with the support of Project Controllers leading to effective cost negotiations and reductions opportunities with the suppliers; 6.Manage components supplier development and performance improvement; 7.Maintains up to date price information within agreed format and process rules, Interfaces and solves communication issues internally and with the factories contacts (it includes prices, business conditions performance KPI and general supplier information) ; 8.Coordinates with the support of the Supplier Management Director the Supplier Performance program as per agreed procedure (it includes organization of the data collection from different departments, maintenance of the information and meeting preparation). 企业介绍
