职责描述
1、 Translate business plans into human resource plans & road-maps. Work closely with business leaders in improving the organization competence. An adviser to the business leaders on human resources issues & solutions.
3、Develop and drive progressive and proactive programs to motive and engage our employees 4、Partner with HR program owners to develop and implement HR strategic programs. 5、Contribute to the development and implementation of China and local HR strategies, initiatives, make contribution & impact to HR capability development & Growth. 6、 Ensures compliance within the company’s policies and procedures and supervises adherence to the employment laws and regulations. 7、 Facilitates learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development in accordance with Corporate Mission and Core Values. 企业介绍
