职责描述
1. Be the subject matter expert for all AP (PO, Non-PO and T&E) and related issues of Jindun
a. Review and book all invoices (Non-PO) for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment b. Process 3 way - P.O. matching invoices c. Book employees’ T&E and cash advance related. d. Run payment proposal e. All queries from Jindun and external vendors are properly handled and resolved within timeline 2. Ensure that staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits 3. Carry out accounting and paperwork tasks related to the actual efficient maintenance as well as processing of company accounts payable transactions 4. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies 5. Handle AP all related issues in month end closing 6. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices 7. Assist with other projects and tasks as needed 企业介绍
