职责描述
Run general office administration including coordination of IT, Legal, and office management
Coordinate with outsourced accounting agent in terms of bookkeeping, tax claim and payroll functions. Deal with bank re: cashier, reconciliation, balance management Update corporate licenses and annual review Assist with issuing invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments Engage recruitment consultants to meet the business needs Review, update and develop company policy and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations Handle start and exit process including preparing employment contract, offer letter, release letter, etc. Liaise with corporate HR team for global projects Help corporate HR team set up, review and update the appraisal system to drive the high performance culture Handle work permit and residence permit for expatriates, assist with travel visa applications and travel arrangements; provide assistance with relocation services Supervise office administration and junior staff (as needed) Negotiate office leasing contract and manage the whole process of fit-out projects (if needed) Source and manage vendors, including travel, printing, office equipment and furniture and negotiate corporate contract Manage office fixed assets including purchase, maintenance, disposal Recruit, manage and train admin staff as company growth warrants Manage petty cash, office expense and analyze admin cost Manage the attendance records and leave balance Organizing company team building events 企业介绍
