职责描述
? Identify relevant profiles and interview candidates.
? Conduct face to face interviews, Skype interviews and organize group recruitment sessions. ? Ensure precision and accuracy in administrative documents, in following KPIs and in candidate files. ? Follow-up systematically with candidates and village needs. ? Establish business relationships and develop new school partnerships. ? Participate in employer branding strategies and strategies to attract candidates ? Maintain a good working knowledge of the industry and the labor market; ?
