职责描述
？ Physical allocation and collection of repairs within the workshop
？ Change steps in IRIS according to physical location of repair orders ？ Allocation of consumable spare parts to repair orders 1 Update in- and out of consumable spare parts on inventory record 2 Ensure sufficient workshop stock inventory 3 Place boutique order request to Logistic Supervisor whenever necessary 4 Place boutique order on a weekly basis 5 Assist in weekly stock take 6 To match stock level of consumable spare parts with the actual consumption 7 Monitor and report mishandling and extra FOC parts to Technical Manager 8 Assist to place orders for additional workshop stock/ spare part kit content 9 Assist to requisite or purchase supplies, i.e. cleaning solutions 10 Assist to monitor and report the repairs of machines and equipment 企业介绍
