1. To define and implement employee relationship process by fully complying with legal requirements and company policies and procedures;

2. To conduct interview with terminated employees with data analysis and take actions to reduce turnover rate by working with all functional leaders in the whole site

3. To manage employee onboard process and continuously simplify and improve the process by adopting new technologies;

4. To conduct employee relationship trainings to site suitable members to improve the employee relationship management;

5. To handle employee injury case and provide corrective suggestions to site leadership by working with other functions。
