职责描述
1、Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll and payroll reports delivery
2、Work closely with payroll related vendors (FESCO, etc) to make sure employees’ payroll and social benefit issues are handled timely and accurately; supervise and ensure their practices comply with government policy and do no harm to employees’ eligible right and interests 3、Support regional HR managers, C&B manager and Finance department to do workforce planning and budgeting. 4、Support regional HR managers and C&B manager to do labor cost related analysis and salary market survey. 5、 Ensure proper payroll related documentation to ensure the daily operations meet customer expectations and in compliance with internal and external audit requirements. 6、 Work with EA&R manager to continuously improve payroll related operation manuals , procedure and workflows timely to ensure effective payroll transactions 企业介绍
