职责描述
1.Schedule meetings for GM and Team upon requests. Make necessary updates when schedules change/conflicts arise/unexpected events occur. Facilitate and take ownership of weekly ExB Asia Leadership Meeting by organizing the agenda, taking minutes and follow-up. Work with ELT Leaders to host the Extended Leadership Meeting on a monthly basis. All Hands Meeting coordination. Bi-Annual Leadership Summit Planning/Arrangements.

2. Arrange hotels, flight tickets, and train tickets, van pick-up for GM, ExB Asia Directors, US Leaders. Issue Invitation Letters on time. Prepare travelers’ itinerary and agenda. Set up Town Hall meetings with appropriate meeting rooms, PPT slides, snacks and drinks.

3. Help GM and ExB Shanghai Directors with their expense reimbursements. Organize & Review Team’s Expense Reports to be forwarded to GM for approval. Preview Contract Approval Forms.

4. Process emails on a daily basis to answer requests from Asia/US ExB Team. Translate emails/news articles when needed.

5. Monitor office daily operation and provide relevant support to GM & Leadership Team. Activities/Company Events arrangement and coordination. Meals, snacks & coffee order for events/ vendor meetings. Dinner reservations for GM & Visitors.
